Professional Services Agency Inc was established in 1985. Tom Barz started in the insurance business in 1973 with Metropolitan life. After a stellar year with them he moved back to his home town Country Club Hills to work with Prudential. Tom worked with Prudential for 9 years and was always in the top 1% of the company. Tom started his own agency in 1981 Barz Insurance Agency in Tinley Park. In 1983 he and 3 other agencies formed a company called Group 4 Insurance agency. After 2 years Tom opened his own agency Professional Services Agency Inc.
